Mikhayla + Declan
A sunny family filled afternoon at Sunnybrae Estate was the perfect way to start November with Mikhayla and Declan. Full of tears, cheers for their daughter and a little Holden vs Ford debate. Ultimately what started as some nerves ended in a big beaming smile and a next day text proclaiming “We love you! Thank you again x1000000. It was absolutely perfect!!”

Teresa + Anthony
A timeless black-tie wedding for two fantastic humans at the classic Ayers House located on the edge of the city.
The ceremony took place in the cool conservatory and then heated up for an energetic reception within Henry’s Table. What started with a touching moment between Teresa and her Mum Jo to begin the ceremony ended with giant cut outs of their cats on the dancefloor.

Jas + Scott
Jas and Scott truly just wanted a party. They thought carefully about how they could achieve that and what we could include to ensure their wedding felt the most real it could to them, and they nailed it!
From a toast to The Darkness to start their ceremony, great banter throughout, Scott’s Daughter announcing them down the aisle, reception sparkler entrance, rock star speeches and an epic dancefloor!

Wedding Mania 2024
3 very real ceremonies on the same day at Beach Road Wines with 45 photographers involved and all within 4 hours. This sounds like some sort of mad movie plot, but Josh Huggett pulled it all together and not only did it work it was a huge success!
Oh, did I mention that all 3 weddings (with 20 guests each) were absolutely free for the couples and the photographers had completed 2 days of photography courses with 2 of the best educators in Australia: Mike Jeffrey and Antonio plus Josh.
The aim of this 3-day course was to help educate up and coming photographers on the ways of a real wedding, bring a professional community together and give back to people who may not have been able to afford a wedding otherwise. In this blog I’ll quickly break down how and when the idea begun, the process from the beginning to the end, the learnings along the way, a recap on the weddings, the mistakes we made and what we’re looking forward to the future.
An + Emerson
An and Emerson’s ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful. The emotion and connection they share with each other was beyond describable. Pops of colour were everywhere; love was thick in the air and the vows were timeless. A truly special ceremony to be apart of.
