Teegan + Sam
Teegan and Sam celebrated with a wonderfully overcast day at the rustic Mt Beare Station. Red was the theme of the day and passion filled the air for the sweetest day.

Teegan and Sam were so relaxed and were up for cracking banter during the ceremony and we rolled that through to the reception before the Red Earth Blues band tore the roof off.
Here’s an excerpt from Teegan and Sam’s ceremony:
“Pizza, some cheese and a couple of beers.
This would be the first of many dream dates for Teegan and Sam.
This first date would come months after the pair had unknowingly crossed paths at a pub, they never spoke but a very attractive long haired yahoo made quite the impression on Teegan.
I’m sure you can all work out who that long haired yahoo was.
A little push from cupid aka Brando, a mate of Sam’s thought that the two would be quite the pair and persuaded Sam to slide into Teegan’s DM’s.
Sam would initially resist the idea but one night and a little liquid courage Sam eventually reached out to Teegan.
Teegan living in Sydney at the time received a friendly hey, how are you on Facebook.
Initially, not thinking much of the message but his cute little profile pic and a stack of mutual friends got the better of Teegan and she replied.
The two admitting the conversation was incredible and flowed so effortlessly, right from the beginning.
Teegan made the decision to return to Adelaide and shortly thereafter, they organised a date at Barossa Brewing in Tanunda.
An extra cheesy cheese pizza was ordered, the drinks flowed as did the conversation. The only break in conversation was to pick themselves up off the floor from laughter after a pizza mishap.
That’s right, Teegan attempting to be on her best behaviour and exhibit her best manners, was instead sharing cheesy jokes and a cheesy chin, to both of their delights.
Sam suggests this was a great ice breaker and a wonderful insight into the eternal joy of Teegan that she shares with him every day.
Other than a cheesy Teegan, Sam’s first impressions of Teegan were that from the moment Teegan greeted him at the door, he was taken by her beauty, distinctive braids in your hair, your hippie-esque style and the aroma of many incense sticks.
Sam was however relieved that you weren’t as tall in person, concerned as your Facebook pictures suggested you may have left him in a shadow.
Teegan’s first impressions of Sam were that he was an extremely warm and engaging person, a ball of fun and energy and he had a magnetic personality. Teegan noting that she along with others were and continue to be immediately drawn towards Sam.
A second date followed where the two would recognise they had the same taste in music, loved a fire under the stars, both enjoyed those nervous I like you butterflies, and both bluffed each other about their knowledge of astronomy.”
Teegan and Sam were kind enough to share a review after their wedding:
“Matthew was amazing from day dot ! Myself and my partner are not big organisers and from the first enquiry we made with Matthew we just knew this was someone who was going to have everything under control. He puts so much work, attention to detail, passion and fun into his profession and it shone through in every aspect in the lead up and on the day. He is the most responsive, caring, easy going celebrant & MC out there and is sure to entertain all your guests. We had so many of ours coming up to us and commenting on how great he was and asking how long we've known Matthew for and were shocked to find out we didn't know him before. This is just a testament to how wonderful he is at his job and all the effort he puts in to making your day so personalised and perfectly you. He goes with the flow of the day, reads the room perfectly and the banter he throws is top notch. Massive Thankyou Matthew, we couldn't have picked a better celebrant.”
